Anthony Lucibello is Executive Director of Northwest Essex Community Healthcare Network which provides mental health, addictions and vocational rehabilitation services to persons with disabilities at two locations in Belleville and Montclair.  Northwest Essex also operates a private school which provides a special education curriculum for children with disabilities.  Mr. Lucibello is a Past President of the New Jersey Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association (NJPRA) where he continues to serve on its board and is a member of NJPRA’s Executive and Public Policy committees.  He has provided oversight in the development of his agency’s health promotion and wellness activities for which Northwest Essex received a recognition award for “Bridging the Gap between Mental and Physical Health” from UMDNJ-UBHC in 2008.  Currently Mr. Lucibello serves as Co-Chair of NJPRA’s Public Policy Committee. Mr. Lucibello received a Masters in Public Administration from Rutgers University and is a Certified Social Worker.
